Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Footwear Designer to join a renowned retail brand in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should bring strong design sensibilities, a deep understanding of market trends, and solid technical skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative women’s footwear collections aligned with brand identity
• Conduct trend forecasting, market research, and competitor analysis
• Oversee prototype development and product testing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent creative and technical design skills
• Proficiency in relevant design software
• Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in launching successful collections
