HIRING: APPAREL DESIGNER
Company: Buying House
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3–6 Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
We are looking for a creative, commercially driven Apparel Designer to join a Buying House working with international brands and retailers, with a strong focus on UK fashion trends and commercial product development.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in apparel design and product development
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating commercially relevant designs
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, trims, prints, washes and embellishments
• Good understanding of fashion trends, colours, silhouettes and commercial direction
• Proficiency inAdobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience withAI-based design and visualisation tools
• Exposure to UK brands/retailers preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and project ownership skills
• Experience with export houses, sourcing/buying houses or fashion brands preferred
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Trend research, concept development, mood boards, range building, tech packs, customer presentations and managing products from concept through sampling and development.
