Position Title:- Head –University Enrollments

Location:-Bangladesh (Dhaka)

Experience: 10-12yrs.

Job Purpose:-

1. Strategic and operational leadership of all enrolment activities
2. Responsible for achieving enrolment targets
3. Building and leading enrollment teams by introducing a world-class premium ethos in positioning University programs to target markets
4. Prepare the Annual Enrolment Plan in line with overall organizational business plan
5. Possess a strong understanding of target markets, brand positioning and developing a compelling communication strategy to reach out to and convert prospects
6. Understand critical success factors in the enrolment value chain
7. Be highly adept at building networks within schools, student communities, school heads, senior school counsellors, coaching institutions, recruitment agencies and other prospects
8. Be deeply knowledgeable about database building for effecting enrolment planning
9. Drive school level admission sessions and general training workshops to promote enrolment drives

1. Be able to coordinate with marketing teams to build jointly developed campaigns
2. Any other task assigned by the senior management.
