o   Job Description:

o   Degree/diploma in apparel

o   12 to 15 years of overall experience in Merchandising

o   Experience in managing the bags category will be an added advantage

o   Candidates from only apparel backgrounds can apply however they should be open to doing the bags category.

o   Managed team size of at least 5 -6 people

o   Strong leadership skills to manage teams and related department

o   Good problem-solving and communication skills in dealing with customers and factories

o   Independent, well-organized and presentable

o   Work with vendors in innovation as per client needs / latest trends
