Job Title: Marketing Director

Remuneration: As per industry standards + Result oriented incentives.

Responsibilities:

·       Candidate should have extensive experience dealing with athleisure, activewear, and                        loungewear in cotton, polyester, and nylon in various rigid & stretch fabrics.

·       Should be able to generate new business. A strong marketing experience is a MUST

·       Develop and implement sales strategies.

·       To develop new customers primarily in Europe & other regions excluding the USA

·       Oversee the sales team’s management, learning, and career development.

·       Directly coordinate cross selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure

         and profitability

·       Master’s degree or equivalent experience

·       10+ years of marketing and sales leadership experience

·       Dhaka, Bangladesh with regular international travels for sales & marketing

·       The candidate must be exposed and well-travelled to customers.

·       Strong leadership skills
