We are currently seeking a visionary and seasoned Director of Academics to shape and lead the academic strategy of the Group’s International Schools, with the aim of achieving global recognition and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the principal academic advisor to the CEO, leading academic strategy across all international school campuses.

Develop progressive academic policies and implement research-backed teaching and learning practices aligned with top global education standards.

Establish clear, measurable KPIs for teacher performance and professional growth.

Set and realize high academic benchmarks, targeting top-tier IGCSE and A-Level results along with placements in Top 100 global universities.

Promote collaboration and innovation among school leaders and educators to create a unified academic culture.

Conduct academic audits, identify areas of improvement, and deploy effective interventions to address learning gaps.

Drive student participation in international competitions, collaborative projects, and leadership programs to enrich academic and personal development.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s (M.Ed., MA Education) or Doctorate (Ph.D./Ed.D.) in Education or a relevant field.

15+ years of experience in senior academic leadership roles, ideally within international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, or AP.

Proven success in improving academic performance and achieving exceptional student outcomes, including university placements.

Prior experience with international school networks is highly desirable.
