Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this job is to support the ongoing growth of the institute by recruiting highly qualified Assistant/Associate Professors for international programmes in Dhaka.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering high-quality research-led teaching in their specialized area, ensuring student success and an excellent student experience. They should also be adept at building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues and be actively involved in all aspects of the student journey. Experience in academic administration, management, and governance, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver on time, are also key responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in their area of specialization. Previous experience of at least 10 years with a reputable higher education institute is mandatory. They should have a track record of pursuing scholarly and research activities at the highest standards. Exceptional academic entrepreneurial skills to foster the growth of existing and future profit centers are also required. Evidence of teaching excellence and student support capabilities, supported by student feedback or similar data, is desirable.
