Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the operations of the company’s own retail stores.
Manage a portfolio of 16 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) located in Mumbai, Pune, Indore, and Ahmedabad.
Ensure the achievement or surpassing of Retail Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Compound Growth as per planned budgets.
Drive the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and monitor adherence to SOPs through the use of dashboards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to minimize sales losses and enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure that all stores comply with retail operations, marketing, merchandising, and visual merchandising (VM) requirements to meet brand standards.
